Celebrating 23 Mother’s Day years! That’s my current tally & add 20 years of Wardrobe Flair. I know both roles pretty well, so I reckon I know what most women want when it comes to styling.

To feel confident. To accept where they are at in life, age, size & circumstances & do the best they can with what they have.

To spend less but have the confidence to choose wardrobe pieces they love. To wear more colour but feel it suits them. To dress for their shape m, accentuating the bits they like, minimising what they don’t.

Mother’s Day is next Sunday. I do a great Colour Express session that covers colours & shape. Give a mum in your life the gift of confidence with a voucher from me. I’ll take good care of them.

All I ask of my kids on the day is a message from London from them both 🙏🏼 XX

I’ll be in Wellington in mid-May and have a couple of spaces available for anyone wanting to discover the colours that truly suit them. If you’ve ever wondered why some outfits make you glow while others wash you out, a personalised colour analysis can be a game changer. If you’re Wellington-based and have been curious about learning your best colours, get in touch soon to secure one of the remaining spots.

British Vogue has just released its key colour trends for 2026, and the message is clear: fashion is embracing both calm neutrals and confident colour.

One of the standout shades is “Cloud Dancer”, a soft cream reflecting a move toward simplicity and quiet elegance. But 2026 isn’t only about minimalism. Runways are also embracing bold colour, with fuchsia and bubble-gum pink, tomato red, and rich jewel tones like emerald green and Klein blue making a strong statement.

For softer palettes, powder blue and butter yellow offer fresh, wearable options, while navy continues to replace black as a sophisticated neutral.

The key takeaway? In 2026, colour is about balance. Calm neutrals paired with confident colour. The trick is knowing which of these shades works best for you, which is exactly what a personalised colour analysis helps reveal.
