Kia ora Neha,
As we previously indicated in our recent service provider webinar and follow-up communications, we have been closely monitoring Activate Tāmaki Makaurau registrations and funding for Business Advice and Implementation Grants.
Due to high demand, we are no longer accepting new registrations for Activate Tāmaki Makaurau Business Advice as of 4pm on 17 February 2022. However new registrations for Implementation Grants remain open for now.
Businesses who submitted the registration form to access Business Advice prior to 4pm on 17 February can expect to hear an update on their registration within 10-15 days of submitting the form.
While new registrations for Business Advice have closed, Business Advice funding is still currently available* for eligible businesses who:
are waiting to have their registrations assessed and approved or
have already registered and have access to Activate Tāmaki Makaurau portal, but are yet to request a proposal/quote from a service provider and/or apply for funding or
are awaiting to have their business advice funding application approved or
have already had their business advice application approved and are yet to begin working with their service provider.
*Based on assumption that 75% of businesses who register for support proceed to funding approved, and the average value of support approved.
Activate Tāmaki Makaurau funding is limited and not guaranteed until businesses have successfully registered on the Activate Tāmaki Makaurau portal, requested a proposal/quote from a service provider, and had their funding applications approved via email.
