怎麼才發現!菜飯這樣做泰好吃了…
這個香菇臘腸菜飯,做完以後直呼太香啦! !這麼多年米飯白吃了~~
愣是炫了三碗才停下來~~

食材:臘腸、五花肉、乾香菇、米飯、芥蘭

做法:
[一R]乾香菇泡發切成丁,臘腸切片,芥蘭梗和葉子分別切段備用,五花肉切薄片
[二R]油熱下五花肉片炒到焦黃,下入香菇丁,然後下芥蘭根和臘腸片翻炒出香味
[三R]下芥蘭葉,加2匙鹽調味,再下入米飯,翻炒到粒粒分明關火

小tips:五花肉要煸的焦焦的打底哦~~

好吃到舔手指的蜜汁雞翅
家裡有小孩的一定要做這個給孩子們吃❗️肉嫩多汁🥩,絕對百吃不厭
📖教程
1️⃣雞翅用水泡半小時,再洗乾淨,表面劃刀
2️⃣加入適量蒜末和薑片,再➕2勺生抽,1勺蠔油,半勺老抽,1勺食用油,1勺蜂蜜,半勺白糖,適量黑胡椒粉,1勺黃豆醬,充分抓拌均勻,醃製2小時。
3️⃣烤箱預熱好後,165°先烤15分鐘,再翻面刷一層蜂蜜,繼續165°烤15分鐘。
稍稍放涼一點吃肉質更緊實好吃😋
柏翠的烤箱受熱均勻,烤出來的效果太棒啦👏
