Coomercial Banks of Nepal operates under the class 'A' financial institutions license from the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). The minimum capital requirements to operate a commercial banks in Nepal is 8 Arba Nepalese Rupees.

Rastriya Banijya Bank is the only bank that is wholly owned by Government of Nepal. Other banks have investment from government, private institutions, public & foreign institutions.

Beeshajari Taal of Chitwan National Park.

It is a must visit place if you're on a mutiple day tour here. The green lush forest and big beautiful lake is something to admire. You can easily spend a couple of hours here.

If you don't then I can help you. I have created a web application - Nepali Land Area Calculator. It lets you calculate/convert Daam, Paisa, Aanas and Ropanis.

Ropani system of Land Area Calulation is used in hilly & mountainous region of Nepal. So what about the terai? There is the bigha system of land measurement.

The beautiful Tilicho Lake.

I was both amazed and sad to see this mighty lake. I was amazed because it was big. At an altitude of 4919m, there was a lake of 4 km length.

I was sad because the weather was gloomy. If the sky was clear as anticipated, I could see big blue lake.

Situated at an altitude of 5416m, Thorong-la is one of the high altitude mountain pass in the world and connects the two beautiful district - Manang & Mustang of Nepal. It is a highest point on the Annapurna Circuit Trek.
