Last Tuesday, Amy visited Benefitz in Albany, Auckland for Open Doors Day. Since Amy is passionate about graphic design, she loved getting a behind-the-scenes look at the process of designing, proofing, and printing signage and digital designs.
Amy said "I had a great time! After getting to spend time with one of the designers and watching her work, I was inspired to redownload Adobe InDesign and have been playing around with it since. I also enjoyed getting to learn more about website building and AI."

I.Lead's latest project, Open Doors Day, encourages businesses from across the motu to open their doors to a disabled employee for a day. Because it shouldn't be ODD to see disabled youth in employment!
This event allows I.Lead members the opportunity to enter an industry they are interested in, volunteering their time for a day.

With a focus on empowering both rangatahi whaikaha and businesses, Open your Doors Day (ODD) will be an annual initiative, proving that hiring disabled people does not have to be scary or odd. Keep an eye out for Open Doors Day 2027!

The state-of-the-art Heliner machine is brand new, offers a bigger table size and a high tech CCD camera system for accuracy. The machine has been customised for our needs by the New Zealand based supplier and offers size and environmental benefits over the machine it has replaced.

Wayne has been an integral part of the Benefitz team for a number of years, progressing to lead the charge as our Signage Manager.

Wayne’s a born leader. He’s also highly skilled at making sure every sign project comes to life with precision, creativity, and top‑tier quality. Wayne brings a wealth of experience that keeps our signage game strong.

Known for his can‑do attitude, Wayne is the go‑to for getting things done right the first time, always keeping the team on track and the standards high. His dedication behind the scenes plays a huge role in delivering the results our clients love.
