EXPOSURE.
That’s what we think of when we hear business owners say something like this.
The truth is if you could solve a problem that a person was going through (which is almost always the case with service providers), you wouldn’t have a problem attracting them to you.
When you get to the bottom of it, the real issue is that they don’t know you exist.
