Recent project: D&A Forklift Service ()

This project involved creating a full suite of marketing materials ... from brochures and pamphlets to social media graphics, business cards and a Facebook banners.

The goal was to create a strong, no-nonsense visual style that reflects the realities of the forklift and logistics industry: reliability, speed, and keeping downtime to an absolute minimum.

Every layout was designed to be clear, easy to scan and practical — just like the service D&A provides.

Always great working on projects where good design supports real, hardworking businesses.

Recently wrapped up this DL tri-fold brochure for Isover’s ceiling insulation range, part of the Saint-Gobain group.

The goal was to create a compact marketing piece that clearly explains why their insulation matters – from comfort and energy savings to safety and acoustic performance – without overwhelming the reader with technical detail.

I structured the brochure so that the cover quickly communicates the core promise, while the inside panels break down the key benefits into simple, easy-to-scan sections. The design follows Isover’s brand look and feel, with a strong, confident use of colour and clear typography to keep the information professional, trustworthy, and on-brand.

The result is a practical sales and marketing tool that helps reps, installers, and homeowners understand the product at a glance – and supports Isover’s positioning as a reliable, locally produced, energy-saving solution.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of designing the annual charity golf day invites for the Abraham Kriel Bambanani Children’s Home – an incredible organisation that provides care and support to vulnerable children and families.

The goal with each year’s design was to keep the look consistent and recognisable, while introducing small refinements that keep things fresh and professional. Clear information layout, balanced typography, and brand continuity were key to ensuring the invites spoke directly to sponsors, supporters, and golf enthusiasts alike.

Projects like these remind me that design can do more than just look good, it can help drive awareness and support for meaningful causes.
