My name is Rachael Wharerau aka Tamara Star I am your Goddess Warrior Trainer who will be the one to help you connect with your inner Goddess Warrior. I designed this class specifically for women to EMPOWER women. This is an original class unlike any other, it has an anbundance of benefits that will truly give each women a unique and personal experience. I fuse my life story, experience, knowledge, talents and skills to create an exciting and fun class. My teachings open my Goddess Warrior Trainees to new and exciting opportunities. I combine a series of workouts that not only challenge physical strength and fitness, but also workout mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of a Goddess Warrior to strengthen her overall wellbeing. THIS IS NOT YOUR NORMAL GYM CLASS!! This class teaches women tecniques on how to access her Goddess Warrior allowing her to delve deeper into her conscious and sub conscious mind, exercising positive visualisation, career manifestation and healing techniques. My program builds positive and loving energy calling on all Goddess Warriors to manifest peace, love and light for ALL. The purpose of this class is to create a deeper connection within the sisterhood of our communities, so together we can prepare ourselves for future uncertaintees, it is a safe haven where we can come together to support and uplift each other. It is a Goddess Warriors responsability to gather regulary to share thoughts and ideas on problems that have a negative impact on our families and communities, here and abroad. We take charge to change our behaviours so that we can make an extraordinary difference in the world building stronger foundations for our future generations.
