First attempt at home-baked jackfruit tonight with a recipe for Peking Crispy Jackfruit Pancakes. Kids were brave sous-chefs and tasters. Possibly looks a bit anaemic but nothing a dose of hoisin sauce couldn’t cover 🤣

What a fabulous find! Okere Falls Store ❤️. If I ran an eco store I’d want it to be just like this one! Based on delicious wholesome food and an eco ethos, we have fallen in love with the Okere Falls Store. If you’re lucky enough to visit NZ, and more specifically Rotorua, make time for brekkie, lunch, dinner or just a mooch here. Definitely recommend for a loo stop and visit the authentic smelling water-saving bio-loos 😜 in the rewilded garden 🦋🌿🐛🌸🐝
