Closest I got to do for a letter cake.probably second most challenging too, working with white chocolate ganache for a semi naked ultimate chocolate cake. The macarons kept failing!2 batches made salvaged only 3 pairs 😭 Swiss meringue buttercream for the pipings, pretzels dipped in white choc ganache, choc bits and a lone blue wafer butterfly to symbolise flight to the beautiful unknown. hope the birthday guy likes it. Thanks cuzzie!
