came to us to elevate their digital experience and facilitate their migration to Shopify after struggling with a different platform for years. We designed and developed a custom site that streamlines the customer journey, guiding users through the extensive flooring ranges to help them make confident, informed purchases in-store.
With a focus on education and lead generation, we built key information into every stage of the user flows, guiding customers through everything from functionality and durability, to timber variations and carpet weight and pile length.
A series of category-specific product page templates simplify complex decisions, presenting key information in digestible formats. Features like a slide-out module provide access to specifications and care instructions as well as similar products for side-by-side comparisons.
Creating an inspirational experience was essential to promote exploration. Lifestyle content is both immersive and shoppable. Featured collections, ‘get the look’ modules and an interactive journal help customers visualise different flooring options in their space before they’re taken to the product page to learn more.
Underpinned by a fresh, editorial style, the new site brings the evolution of the brand to life, showcasing why Flooring Xtra are one of New Zealand’s leading flooring suppliers.
