As a Real Estate agent, the REA require us to complete 20 hours continuing professional development each year. 10 hours are formal (all agents do the same topics) and 10 hours are more flexible.

Great to spend the last 2 days with the wider Barfoot & Thompson team completing the formal CPD hours with a few hundred other agents.

This facilitated approach makes learning more accessible and easier to absorb. It is good be part of a great team.
