Participants may be asked to give their feedback on a wide range of topics – from chocolate biscuits to banking services. There are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers – this is just a way of collecting information from different people in di

fferent regions. With regards to your personal information, PFI will never give or sell your information to a third party. All our sessions are for research purposes and no one will attempt to sell you anything. The research may be conducted in one of a number of ways – face to face interviews, focus group discussions, an observation of your normal behaviour in store, an online bulletin board where you answer questions online over the course of 3 – 5 days, or a one off 10 minute survey. Involvement in any of our projects is by way of invitation – and it is exactly that. You are not under any obligation to respond or participate. PFI adheres by the Privacy Act and the NZ Research Association’s Code of Practice. We are keen to include a range of ethnicities in research to better understand what you value most from working in these sectors – your experience, challenges and aspirations.
The findings will ensure resources and tools continue to support wellness for the next generation of people entering these sectors.

Your perspective and feedback will help improve resources and support tools to help those working in this sector to live their best lives. We will be hosting a number of one on one interviews around the country.
