This week was full of great women.

The real highlight: Franklin Law Women's Lunch and doing a coffee catch up.
She was someone who started as a design client and has since then, become one of my beautiful friends.

Also squeezed in Beats by Bingo for Franklin Hospice 🎉, where I was finally able to met Peach, a commercial and equine lawyer based in Pukekohe. She’s also working full-time and building her own business too, same as me. What are the chances right?!

And my name got drawn from the raffle twice 🎁 I put it back in the second time so someone else could win! 🙏

This week, these projects had my whole heart..from designing the feeling of a wedding day, to making everyday deliveries feel effortless, to creating buyer-facing marketing for Kali NZ’s beautiful soap wrapped in wool, to designing an invitation honouring a century of wool, wheat, and quiet generosity 🧼🐑

Every single detail matters, because I have to imagine myself standing exactly where you have to be.

I’m here to create that picture-perfect moment, no matter how hard it is. I’ll give it my best! 🤍

To the mum who’s cooking/cleaning/taking care of her child/children or doing the washing,

I'm the mum who turns up 10-15 mins late to work and just makes it through the door to business networking meetups.

I actually turned up to a network meetup one time missing one earring, while dealing with my darling crying toddler beforehand too.

I'm not a motivational speaker. I'm not polished. I've never been someone who loved putting herself out there.

But I joined BNI Franklin in February 2026. I show up each week. Sometimes I don't know how I get there. Some days it’s just a miracle. But I show up anyway.

Here's what I've learned: You don't have to be perfect to start. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up—messy, late, imperfect, and all.

Being a mum is the rawest, most unfiltered form of being human. And if you're trying to do more.. start a business, build yourself, push past your comfort zone—while raising kids, just know that you're not going mad. You're just someone who decided that growth was worth the chaos. The proof is in the outcome. I can definitely tell you about it for sure, with a brave smile.

If you're a mum feeling like you're barely holding it together but still want more for yourself, I see you. I am you.

Let's grab coffee. I'd love to hear your story and where you're at. Because you don't need someone who has it all figured out. You need someone who’s lived what you’re going through too.

Bring your kids. Honestly..totally fine by me.

I designed 3 product labels and packaging for 11 handmade soap scents for Kali NZ — each with its own personality, all one family on the shelf. 🧼

Skincare made with intention deserves packaging with the same care, because women choosing what goes on their skin notice every detail. 🤍
