We receive callers with a range of advanced software/hardware problems on the Macs and PCs and are looking for 10 of the best-experienced representatives in the Metro Cebu area.
-The reason why we need to localize our representatives will be in the event of occasional team meetups, day outs, 1 - 3 day in-person training seminars, and sessions, as well as anything else that may require an in-person meeting for a short time.
The ideal candidate should have years of inbound experience getting remote access and have a broad range of experience handling calls and remote sessions for these problems:
-Optimizing slow computers that have performance issues that are non-malware related on Macs and PCs

CSR Inbound Sales VA

We're looking for a CSR that has mixed experience in customer service, sales and a bit of knowledge with computers.

Candidates are preferred to have strong communication skills when talking to customers in the USA market.

Candidates should have their "own" equipment ready and have a backup for both power and internet as this is a work-from-home position.

We need someone who has a "CAN-DO" attitude and is able to adapt quickly to learn new things and be able to do some minor task that needs to be done other than taking inbound calls.
