When you start an agency, you don’t realize at the time, but you are starting a living thing. It’s full of life and energy and excitement. It’s not just where brands grow big and strong and relationships are forged and fostered, it’s where young talent blossoms. One of the most rewarding things that can happen is when the young talent you helped grow, branches off on its own and then comes back and shows you how far they have gone. That’s what happened last week when Ori Evans, who started with us right out of school, showed his mentor, Dean, how he has now become a budding director in his own right. Go Ori, we're so proud of you!
