📢 A Little Business Update 📢

As Wilfred Creative Co. continues to grow, I unfortunately have to make a few changes to how custom orders are handled.

Due to an increase in orders being placed, completed, and then not paid for or picked up, deposits will now be required on all custom orders, including shirts, cups, tumblers, decals, and other personalized items.

Custom orders require me to purchase materials and spend time creating something specifically for you. Once an item is personalized, I often cannot simply resell it to someone else. Deposits will help cover those upfront costs and protect my small business when an order is not completed by the customer.

I also want to clarify our pricing policy. Unless a discount, promotion, or special pricing is specifically offered by me, all listed or quoted prices are final. Please do not assume a discount will be given or ask for a lower price after an order has already been placed.

I absolutely appreciate every single person who chooses to order from and support my small business. ❤️ These changes aren’t meant to make ordering more difficult—they’re simply necessary so I can continue creating for everyone while protecting the time, supplies, and money that go into each order.
