Motus Marketing Spotlight: Caitlin Leyba

This week, we're recognizing Caitlin Leyba for the determination and willingness to grow that she has brought to our team.

Originally from Las Vegas, New Mexico, Caitlin came to Motus with a background in finance and credit unions and no previous experience in sales. Since joining the team, she has embraced the opportunity to step into a new field, develop new skills, and challenge herself along the way.

Outside of work, Caitlin has a passion for art and brings that same creativity and dedication into everything she takes on. We're excited to see where her perseverance and continued growth take her next.

The Motus Monthly: August Edition

August was a month of growth, development, and momentum at Motus Marketing. From welcoming new faces and investing in our team to traveling across the country and supporting offices throughout the organization, there was plenty to look back on.

This month, we’re also excited to feature John St. Amand as our Spotlight Rep and recognize the mindset, work ethic, and commitment to growth he brings to the team.

As we head into the final stretch of the year, we’re looking forward to building on the progress we’ve made and everything still ahead.

This week, we're recognizing John St Amand and the positive approach he brings to our team.

With a background in film, John has developed strong skills in communication, teamwork, problem solving, and staying composed in fast paced environments. He brings those same strengths into the field, taking the time to understand each customer and find solutions that genuinely fit their needs.

His strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to building trust continue to support his growth in both sales and leadership.

“AI literacy matters. People need to know how to use these tools, question their outputs and recognize when technology is helping their thinking versus replacing it. That has been a consistent theme as employers move faster on AI adoption than many education systems. But AI proficiency alone won't be enough. If everyone has access to increasingly powerful tools, differentiation may come from what people choose to do with them. The goal isn't for everyone to become an entrepreneur. It's to recognize that knowing how to think like one may be one of the most useful ways to prepare for an economy we can't fully predict.”
