A little reintroduction for all of the new followers!

First off, thank you to everyone who has liked, shared, and followed my page. I've had quite a few new people join lately, so I figured it was a good time to introduce myself!

If equine mortality is too expensive for you on a high dollar horse, keep in mind that you don’t have to insure them for as much as they are worth/what you paid.

For example, if you paid $50,000 for a horse but don’t want to pay for that much insurance, consider insuring for something like $25,000.

No this will not replace the horse in full, but you can purchase a nice prospect to get you started again, and it’s better than nothing at all.

And, don’t forget the $7,000 colic surgery endorsement is automatically included with mortality! I have a couple horses that are not insured for their full value, BUT if something were to happen to them I would not be left empty handed. I would be able to go buy a nice 10-15k prospect.

I can insure a horse that only has a value of 5K. Peace of mind for less that $200 is worth it to me!
