Built on hard work, shaped by development.

For Payne Hoops Academy, the goal was to create a bold, approachable identity that reflects the same attention to detail and commitment to growth that define the training program itself. The logo system was designed with multiple elements that come together to form a basketball hoop, backboard and net, symbolizing the complete journey of player development, from fundamentals to high-level performance.

Built for teams that want to stand out.

We designed the new Hoop Culture Team Store website to expand on the energy and identity of the main Hoop Culture brand while creating a dedicated space for custom team uniforms and apparel. Alongside the site, we developed a series of social story ads to help launch the platform and connect with programs looking for a cleaner custom gear experience.

A fresh take on a local tradition.

The new visual direction for the Annapolis Greek Festival was designed to feel bright, fresh, and energetic without losing the spirit of the event itself. Moving away from the clutter often seen in festival branding, the updated system combines modern visuals with witty messaging to create something bold, approachable, and fun.

Another brand brought to life.

Silopanna — Annapolis spelled backwards — was created to capture the character, culture, and waterfront spirit of the city through apparel and design.

We developed a full identity system centered around a custom wordmark, where the double “N” flows like waves to reflect the tides of the Chesapeake Bay and the rhythm of the harbor town itself. Alongside the primary logo, we created an abbreviated ANP mark and standalone wave symbol to support the brand across merchandise and social platforms. Paired with a rustic typography style and a color palette inspired by Annapolis’ brick architecture and deep waterfront blues, the result is a brand that feels rooted in the city while still fresh and modern.

Another brand brought to life.

For over 50 years, All-Met represented the best of DMV basketball through the pages of The Washington Post. When that chapter closed, Capitol Hoops and Sparc stepped in to carry the tradition forward and we were brought in to shape its next era.

Our approach was simple: honor the history, elevate the ex*****on. We designed a full logo suite and visual system that nods to the original newspaper aesthetic while introducing a cleaner, more modern edge. From primary marks to category sub-brands and social content that feels straight off the press, this project was all about preserving legacy while pushing it forward.

Octolytix came to us with a powerful mission—equip agencies with the tools, training, and expertise needed to locate dangerous fugitives using ethical, advanced pattern-of-life analysis. We built a full visual identity around that purpose, creating a custom logo, custom wordmark, and design system inspired by the idea of connection, pursuit, and precision. Using octagonal forms and intersecting lines, the brand reflects the process of “connecting the dots” in high-stakes investigative work.
