Ahead of Juneteenth, our team came together over lunch from Doro Bet, a Black-owned restaurant known for bringing the flavors and traditions of Ethiopian cuisine to Philadelphia.

Moments like these are a reminder that learning about different cultures doesn't always happen in a conference room. Sometimes it happens around a table, sharing food, stories, conversations, and perspectives with colleagues.

Katie Vroom almost became a teacher, but a last-minute pivot to PR turned out to be exactly the right call.

As Senior Vice President at Gregory, Katie has spent 10 years building deep expertise in supply chain, logistics, and nonprofit work. She's just as proud of landing meaningful coverage for clients as she is of watching the people she's mentored grow into new roles.

Outside the office, she's all in on the Mahjong craze and keeping up with her two daughters.
