We recently welcomed the incredibly smart and organized Kadie Beatty as our project coordinator! 🎉

Kadie has already brought so much value through elevating our client communication and project cadences. We feel so lucky and excited for the ways that Kadie is going to take good care of our team and our clients!
Outside of work, Kadie loves traveling, spending time with family, and reading (or listening!) to books!

And yes…2/3 of our team is now made up of a Katie and a Kadie. We haven’t gotten too confused – not yet at least 😅🤞🏼

RedSky’s commitment to solving our nation’s toughest IT and cyber challenges is underscored by the strong presence of veterans on staff.

In 2023 RedSky has sponsored an America’s VetDogs puppy and participated in events that support combat wounded service men and women. Most recently, they received a 2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award.

Team RedSky serves as an example for us of what it looks like to truly embody the values of their organization.

do you spend more time reading posts about how to revamp your messaging than actually revamping your messaging? 🫠
yeah. it’s really hard not to.

But the marketing experts and industry leaders you’re so inspired by are creating content for *you* as their audience. Not for *your* actual audience.

We’re all for getting ideas from our favorite people, but don’t stop there. You didn’t start your business to create content that looks or sounds or feels like someone else.

You started your business to:
• serve the people
• further the cause
• better the industry
that you most care about.

So focus on the message that will make that happen. If you’re not sure how to do that, start with the why behind your work, and see where it takes you ✨

a few weeks back we intro’d our lovely leader Katie, and I figured it’s time for me to say hey too —

So hey! I’m Claire Barham - I joined the Murphy Marketing team about 2 years ago — if you’ve ever realized there seems to be someone *other* than Katie hanging out on this account, surprise! it’s me 🧚🏻

Writing has always been my dream career, and my favorite part about writing for MM is finding the words that make our clients light up and breathe a sigh of relief.

I’m also really into cooking, great coffee, football (go dawgs 🤠), hiking, and local ministry. I live with my husband and our pup in small town in middle Georgia and I took this picture at our local coffee shop, where I spend a lot of working hours every week!

We just had to acknowledge national dog day because we’re 10000% a dog person type of company.
Our dogs interrupt our zoom meetings, cuddle us while we work from home, and make their way into a lot (like….a lot a lot) of our conversations. The name Murphy Marketing even came from Katie’s childhood pup, Murphy 🥹🩵

Thanks to our clients for not minding when we have to tend to our pups, and thanks to our pups for reminding us to go for a walk, take a minute to play, and to always assume the best about people!!

Hi, I’m Katie Lantukh - founder of Murphy Marketing. My husband and I have two kids (7 and 3) and we just got a new puppy (hey Heidi!) 3 weeks ago 🩵🩵🩵

Earlier today a friend and I were talking about my interests, and some things mentioned were:

🤓nonfiction and business books in paperback!
