Last week, Zahir Palanpur flew to Brazil to catch up with Heitor Roriz, one of our team members on the ground there, because people connecting is what matters.

First stop: an Amazon-inspired restaurant hidden behind brick and wood, with plates as bold as the flavors. Then a walk down Faria Lima for the obligatory photo with the city's famous "whale." Topped off with coffee, because one catch-up was never going to be enough.

We're spread across continents, but that's the beauty of collaboration: meeting in person is where it really shows, in the smiles that say more than any call ever could.
