Congratulations to Vic Wallace, one of our 2026 Q1Media Culture Poster Inductees! 🏆

This year, we honored Vic Wallace, Regional Sales Manager, with his own Culture Poster. Vic has been part of the Q1 Sales Crew for over seven years, including three as an RSM. Across that time, he has topped the sales leaderboard, grown his own book of business, and led with intention and directness every step of the way. His journey is a masterclass in perseverance, and the results speak for themselves. 📈

Known for digging deep to connect client goals with the right solutions, Vic has grown key accounts by building relationships that genuinely last. He cares about the people around him, shows up with selfless support for the team, and leads in a way that earns trust. His clients love him, and so do we. 💪

Of course, Vic also puts the FUN in funny. Whether he is delivering comedic relief in a team meeting, busting out moves on the dance floor, taking the mic at karaoke, or making an entrance in his legendary Santa coat, he brings energy that is all his own. A good Jack and Diet in hand, he keeps the whole crew laughing. 🕺
