“A river cuts through rock not because of its power, but because of its persistence.” 🌊

That idea shaped this year’s JCW Retreat as we reflected on a big year of change, growth and elevating the internal processes that keep us moving forward. We spent two intention-filled days together in our Baton Rouge office, with a turtle serving as our unofficial talking stick 🐢, then took a swing at some friendly competition and team bonding at GolfSuites before wrapping things up along the mighty Mississippi. Through it all, the theme was simple: keep rowing together. 🛶

A big thank you to our clients and our team for giving us these two days to step away, grow together and continue finding better ways to serve you. 💡
