Ran into my very first intern Jeffrey Byrd and his family today while my wife and I were out running errands… and man, it flooded me with memories. ‘09

Back then, I didn’t have all the answers—I was still figuring things out myself—but I was willing to share what I knew and pour into him as he stepped into the business world.

To see him now, doing well and walking in his own lane… that’s a different kind of joy.

Moments like this remind me—it’s bigger than business. It’s about impact, legacy, and helping the next person take that first step.
