How to Order Custom T-Shirts 101: Size Quantity Breakdown | 24, 48, 60, or 100+ shirts can seem like a lot at first but once you break that down into 5 sizes it can be a lot less than you think. You should keep in mind HOW MANY OF EACH SIZE you need to order, not just the total quantity. From a retail or event merch perspective, you’d hate to run out of the most popular size and be stuck with a bunch of XS or 2XL (but it’s always easier to sell a bigger size than smaller). Screenprinting 101: The Black or White Print. Industry standards exist for a reason, they work. You can do a whole lot with just a white or black print; logos, halftone photos, illustrations, etc. So if you’re stuck in a creative slump or just getting started designing apparel, can you make a black or white design look good on a t-shirt?
