Happy Independence Day from all of us at USTCi!

As America celebrates its 250th birthday, I’m reminded just how fortunate we are to live in a country where hard work, perseverance, and opportunity can change the course of a life.

As a young man, I spent six years bartending and waiting tables to put myself through college. Those jobs taught me the value of service, discipline, sacrifice, and earning every opportunity. They weren’t always easy, but they helped build the foundation for everything that followed.

The American Dream isn’t a guarantee—it’s an opportunity. It’s the freedom to work hard, take risks, overcome setbacks, and build something greater than yourself. I remain grateful every day that this country makes those opportunities possible.

As we celebrate 250 years of freedom, let’s also celebrate the people who make America strong—those who show up, work hard, care for their families, serve their communities, and never stop striving to become better.

To our incredible USTCi team, our partners, and our customers: thank you for everything you do. Your commitment and dedication are what continue to move us forward.

Have a safe, joyful, and meaningful Fourth of July with your family and friends.
