For CBRE’s leasing initiative at 450 West 31st Street, hypertecture transformed an architectural buildout in progress into a complete market-facing vision for this rare workplace opportunity beside Hudson Yards, Manhattan West and the High Line–Moynihan Connector

Working from the base design by Steven Holl Architects, we developed the creative direction, staging, visualization and site context for a suite of campaign-ready renderings created while construction was still underway

Produced on an accelerated December schedule, the project combined winter rooftop photography, 3D visualization and AI-assisted post-production to do more with difficult, limited site conditions

When leasing moves quickly, visualization has to keep pace.

For the 18th and 21st floor prebuilds at 475 Fifth Avenue, we developed market-facing renderings for RFR to communicate the workplace before it existed, translating the architectural design into persuasive marketing imagery on an accelerated schedule.

Working with Fogarty Finger’s design direction and RFR’s leasing and marketing objectives, we developed a coordinated visual package balancing architectural accuracy, atmosphere and the intended character of the spaces.

The resulting assets are designed to work together across leasing presentations, campaigns, motion and future content.
