Western States sells directly to the printing trade, mailers and distributors, offering five full-service manufacturing facilities, on-line ordering, exceptional customer service and custom printed labels on rolls. Six and twelve color in-line flexo printing, 4-color digital printing, 4-color offset printing with UV drying and laser die-cutting are just a few of our diverse capabilities.

Davonte holds a team-first mindset. He is always flexible, dependable, and willing to give extra support to the people around him rather than only focusing on his own responsibilities. While training to become an Adjuster, he put his own development on hold to help the Stockroom and Warehouse navigate staffing shortages, catch up on stock orders, resolve outstanding issues, and train new employees.

🎉 Congratulations to our July Employee of the Month, Curt Becker Jr. from the Butler Folding Department!

Curt stepped up and learned the W&D 410 envelope machine in a very short period of time so that he could then train two new Adjusters on the equipment.
