It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of a very special member of the WRL family, Betty Williams, at the age of 93.
Betty served as WRLโs Office Manager and was part of our company for nearly 40 years. She began her career with our original owners, Wern, Rausch and Locke, and worked alongside some of the team members who are still with us today.
To those who had the privilege of knowing her, Betty was truly one of a kind. She set the standard for customer service and professionalism, always treating people with kindness, warmth and care. Over four decades, she touched the lives of countless coworkers, clients and friends and left a lasting mark on our company.
We were fortunate to welcome Betty back not long ago to share her memories as part of WRLโs 70th anniversary. Having the opportunity to hear her stories and celebrate the role she played in our history is something we will always treasure.
Betty was a true gem, and we are incredibly grateful that she was part of the WRL story for so many years. Her legacy will always be a part of who we are.
