You would think that the longer you've been creating content online the less likely you are to make the foundational mistakes. And in some ways that's true β but in other ways experience creates its own blind spots. Beginners make these mistakes because they don't know better yet.
More experienced creators make them because they got comfortable, stopped auditing what's actually working, and never realized their strategy quietly stopped serving them somewhere along the way.
The platform didn't change. The algorithm didn't change. They just stopped being intentional about the basics that built their audience in the first place.
We've seen this pattern at every level, people just starting out with their first digital product and people who have been building online for years hitting the same invisible ceiling and not understanding why.
The mistakes in this carousel are not complicated. They are not obscure. They are the same handful of strategy gaps that show up over and over again regardless of how long someone has been in the game.
The good news is that every single one of them is fixable and you don't need to burn your entire strategy down to fix them. You just need to be honest enough to spot them and intentional enough to correct them.
Swipe through and see how many of these are quietly living in your current strategy. π
Which mistake have you made? Be honest, we've made them all.
