Thereβs something different about being in a room full of people who are all working toward the same goal! π₯
This week, our team had the chance to connect with colleagues from across the country, spend time with our broker and client, and learn from some of the best leaders in our industry at a ππππππππ ππππππππππ ππ π―ππππππ, π»πΏ. From breakout sessions filled with new ideas to conversations that challenged the way we think, we came home with fresh perspectives and plenty of motivation.
It was also a chance to celebrate everything thatβs happened over the past year. Looking back at how much our team has grown makes us even more excited about whatβs ahead.
