After COVID, we spent a lot of time rebuilding, recovering, and finding our footing again. While we've stayed busy serving our clients, we haven't spent nearly enough time reconnecting with the local business community that helped shape Platinum Reputations in our early years.

Last week, we attended our first Towson Chamber of Commerce meeting in quite some time, and honestly... it felt great to be back home.

There's something special about shaking hands, meeting fellow business owners, sharing ideas, and building relationships face to face again. We're looking forward to becoming more involved, supporting our local community, and reconnecting with so many familiar faces.

Here's to new connections, old friendships, and being back where it all began. ❤️

Today, Platinum Reputations had the privilege of working with Kenny and the Dynamo Electric team as we visited local Towson businesses to capture video testimonials from their amazing customers.

Kenny was a little hesitant at first to ask clients to share their stories, but after talking through the idea, he reached out and was met with warm welcomes from so many people who were excited to talk about their experience with him and Dynamo Electric.

We captured some outstanding footage that will showcase real customers sharing why they love working with Kenny and why they trust Dynamo with their electrical needs.

This is exactly what we love to do at Platinum Reputations. We had a blast spending the day with Kenny, connecting with his local Towson client base, and helping bring those customer stories to life. Customer love is powerful, and today was full of it!

May was a fun, busy, and productive month for the Platinum Reputations team.

We kicked things off by flying to Florida to meet with a new client group, tour their facilities, and spend time with leadership and management across multiple locations.

We celebrated Preakness weekend with our friends and clients at Costas Inn Timonium, which is also celebrating its one-year anniversary. Our intern Anthony joined us and helped prepare footage, set the scene, and support a great shoot.

One of our favorite things to do at Platinum Reputations is help facilitate synergistic partnerships between great people and great businesses. We were able to do just that by bringing Gramophone and Kelly Schuit and her team from Kelly + Co Realty together for a tour and strategy session inside Gramophone’s incredible showrooms.

After that, I had the chance to get a private tour of Gramophone’s new HQ with CEO and friend Andrew Davis. Gramophone has announced this industry-first 70,000-square-foot Campus as the East Coast’s premier destination for technology and design, and after seeing it firsthand, I can tell you the site is absolutely jaw dropping.

Our A/V team also headed down to Balmor’ to visit our clients at WPG Financial, helping capture B-roll, social media content, and fresh photos for new employees.

We wrapped up the last weekend in May working overtime with our dear friends and clients, the Liberatore family, as they prepared for the grand opening of their brand-new Lib’s Grill Towson location. From the ribbon cutting to the VIP event to the friends and family celebration, it was an exciting few days for an amazing family and team.

We cannot overstate how much we love what we do and who we do it for.

At Platinum Reputations, we treat our clients like family, and that is reflected in the decades many of them have stayed with us. These are true partnerships, and I enjoy every minute of them.

We are very thankful for the opportunity to work with such amazing businesses in our local community and beyond, and we are especially thankful for the trust they continue to place in our team.

Having worked alongside the Platinum team for over a decade, Jake has played an important role in helping shape the company’s strategy and client success.

Known for his strong business acumen, leadership skills, and deep understanding of digital reputation, Jake helps guide client strategy while supporting the continued growth of Platinum Reputations. His ability to combine marketing expertise with practical business insight makes him a valuable partner for both clients and the internal team.

I’m so happy to welcome our summer intern, Anthony Giandomenico Korphage, to the team.

Anthony is currently a senior at Dulaney High School with a strong interest in entrepreneurship, business, marketing, and digital content creation. This summer, he’ll be working alongside me on business growth and client communication at Platinum.

As our company continues to grow and scale, it’s especially meaningful to help teach the younger generation the how and why behind what I’ve loved doing for more than two decades. Staying close to our roots matters, and having Anthony, a Baltimore County native, join the team makes that even more special. He represents the future of business, creativity, and hard work, and I’m excited to watch his journey unfold.

What a fun and productive week working with our friend Nick Liberatore and his team.

We spent time wrapping up a detailed on site training video for his staff, and during the process we couldn’t resist capturing a funny behind the scenes clip highlighting Nick’s famous line about perfection and the importance of the small details. It’s meant to be a little comedy, but it also says a lot about how both of our businesses operate.

The truth is, the little things matter. The small details are what separate good businesses from great ones, and it’s something we both strongly believe in. It’s also a philosophy that has helped shape our partnership, as we’ve been working together for over a decade.

We’re grateful to work alongside professionals who truly care about their craft and take pride in doing things the right way. Creating great content and great systems for great people is always time well spent.

We’re officially big fans of the new Meta glasses 👓

At Platinum Reputations, we’re using and recommending them to clients who want easy, hands-free video. From dog trainers to chefs in the kitchen to roofers on a job site, these glasses are comfortable, simple to use, and they just get the job done.

Most people overthink content. Our advice is simple. Throw the glasses on, show people what you do, and post it. Real work beats “perfect” content every time.

In this video, CEO and President Nick Collins is hitting the streets of Fells Point on a cold January day to visit 10-year client Twist, owned and operated by Mouhcine Benkharafa. This spot is especially meaningful to Nick, as it sits just steps away from where he met his wife Mandy nearly 26 years ago.

How Platinum Reputations Helped Launch Costas Inn Timonium

We had an absolute blast helping longtime clients Pete and Christine officially launch and promote the newest Costas Inn location in Timonium.

The mission was simple. Help people easily find and feel confident visiting the second Costas Inn location. From there, the Platinum Reputations crew Strategized with Pete and the Costas team to build a smart, multi-faceted video strategy that truly hit the mark.

We combined drone footage, street-level visuals, still shots, and on-site walkthrough footage to remove any confusion and make the location instantly recognizable. The result was a launch video that did exactly what it was designed to do. Drive awareness, spark engagement, and bring new guests through the doors.

The comments, reactions, and overall interaction have been spot on, and most importantly, new people are finding and visiting Costas Inn Timonium. We love when a plan comes together.
