We received a deposit from Philadelphia yesterday!!! That's the furthest city yet!! We have been receiving a lot of out of city interest and I am extremely excited. Initially I was excited to help locally owned small businesses but they have been hesitant to join. I get it. I was specifically targeting the businesses that traditionally can't afford to get in the room in the first place. Although I was offering twice the time at half the price that fear has made our city's smaller businesses slow to react. But not bigger cities who are used to higher prices or smaller cities where these types of opportunities do not come around. They are snatching these slots up! It's looking like 2023 will be a demonstration for the locals on how it's done and they will get the chance to join on in 2024...lol. Nearly half the slots are gone. The 50% off Early Bird special is officially over but we definitely heard you! Due to a last minute push by several businesses to participate we recognize that a discount is very much needed for many small businesses to be able to financially join us. We have to respect the businesses who did meet the deadline but to bridge the gap between $500 and $1000 In The Black VIP is offering a secondary early bird special for $750. The $375 deposit must be received by Black Friday Nov 25th by 11:59pm. The balance must be received by Dec 16th 2023. The next walk through of Grand Battelle Ballroom is Nov 7th, the next Zoom meeting will be Nov 10th at 7pm. In The Black VIP has been holding bi-weekly open zoom meetings for interested vendors to have the opportunity to ask questions. The next meeting will be held at 7pm on Tuesday Oct 18th. We are working baby!! Are you thinking of how you want to showcase your business? We have the space to show you off!! With nine different catergories representing the diversity that small business has to offer, there will be a little bit of everything. We are submitting our layout soon. Vendors will be able to select their placement in their section in the order of received payment. There is more than one benefit to being an "early bird". Check the Greater Columbus Convention Center website for their schedule. In The Black VIP will have Grand Battelle Ballroom for May 6th and 7th 2023. The only question is "Are you ready?"
