RAMA Consulting is pleased to welcome Leslie Westerfelt as Assistant Vice-President for Consulting Services. As a “RAMA Alumnae”, Leslie is rejoining the RAMA team to provide leadership in our consulting practice, oversee client engagement, and develop strategic initiatives with our partners. “The sky is the limit at RAMA,” said Leslie, on joining the RAMA team. “I’m incredibly excited to work with a company I know is committed to providing the highest standards of service – not just to our clients, but also to our community.”
Leslie brings extensive experience with nonprofit, municipal and state government initiatives. Her experience includes the YWCA of Madison, WI, where she developed new programs and services to address emerging needs and system deficiencies; several projects with state and county health and human service agencies to address disparities and development of service delivery improvements; and most recently she served as the chief liaison for a 30-year city-wide capital improvement and green infrastructure initiative focused on sustainability. “RAMA is excited to have Leslie rejoin our team and to leverage her knowledge and skills for our clients. Her experience with a wide array of organizations and initiatives is an asset and I am looking forward to working with her as we continue to grow and expand our services,” said Tiffany Wright, Vice President and COO.
