Bleed. Resolution. CMYK. If these words make your eyes glaze over, you're not alone, but understanding even the basics can save you time and money when working on print projects. Quick version:
Bleed = the design going slightly past the edge so there's no white border.
Resolution = images need to be 300 DPI for sharp print.
CMYK = the color format printers use (not RGB like your screen).
