Spent the afternoon on-site with our partners at Divelbiss and wow, what a reminder of how much incredible manufacturing is happening right here in our state.

Divelbiss engineers and manufactures electronic control solutions for a wide range of applications, and today we had the chance to learn more about their customers, their processes, their boards, and the controllers they create.
For us, this kind of visit is such an important part of the work.

We don’t want to be an outside agency guessing at the story. We want to become part of the team, spending time on-site, asking questions, understanding the technical details, and capturing real photo and video content that can be used across their website, ads, social media, trade show materials, and sales tools.

The more we understand, the better we can help manufacturers show up the way they deserve to.

If you’ve met or worked with Cameron Fontana on one of our Masman Media projects, you already know how talented, thoughtful, creative, and hardworking he is. Today, we get to brag on him a little.

Cameron just won four more Emmy Awards... bringing his total to 14 Emmys!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cameron brings so much heart, energy, excellence, and creativity to everything he touches. Whether he is directing, producing, interviewing, writing, or helping shape the bigger story, he makes the work better and the people around him better.

We are so grateful to have him as part of our team and so proud to celebrate this huge milestone. Please help us congratulate Cameron! So well deserved.

Packaged up and ready for site delivery!!!!!

Today marks an exciting milestone as these air handling units are prepped, secured, and ready to make their way to the project site.

Being on-site to capture this process was such a reminder of why we love working with manufacturers. There is so much that happens before a finished product ever reaches its destination!!! The planning, the craftsmanship, the teamwork, and the attention to detail.

And with America’s 250th on the horizon, moments like this feel even more meaningful. Behind every project are the people, skills, and companies helping build what keeps our country moving forward.

Not every day in marketing looks like this, but these are the days that remind me why I love what we do.

There is something incredibly rewarding about standing alongside U.S. manufacturers and seeing firsthand the work, skill, innovation, and grit that go into making things right here at home.

I believe we need more things made in the U.S. And if we want that future, we have to support manufacturers in every way possible: through workforce training, career awareness, stronger talent pipelines, better storytelling, and brand and marketing that helps people understand the value of what they do.

At Masman Media, this work is personal to us. We are on a mission to help manufacturers, workforce partners, and economic development leaders tell their stories, reach the right people, and build momentum for the future of American industry.

Because manufacturing is not just about machines, facilities, or products. It is about people. It is about opportunity. It is about communities. And it is absolutely worth investing in.

On site today capturing a major milestone for PTG USA.

We had the chance to document a custom AHU system finished up and nearly ready for delivery to a major advanced manufacturing project in New Albany.

There is something exciting about seeing this level of work up close! The engineering, the scale, the craftsmanship, and the sense that it is all tied to something much bigger happening in Ohio right now.

Proud of our team for helping capture these moments, and proud to work alongside companies contributing to the future of advanced manufacturing in our state.

If we want to meet global demand, strengthen our economy, and keep building critical industries here in the United States, we need the workforce behind it. And this is exactly the kind of investment Ohio needs.

JobsOhio’s new $300 million experiential learning initiative is a big step in the right direction. Earn-and-learn models, technical training, apprenticeships, and stronger career awareness are exactly the kinds of things that help turn opportunity into real talent pipelines. Ohio is expected to need 540,000 STEM and technically skilled workers over the next 10 years, with technicians alone making up 43% of that demand.

This is the kind of thinking we need more of, not just in Ohio, but nationwide.

If we want to keep making things in America, we have to keep investing in the people who will build, maintain, and move those industries forward.

JobsOhio is making a bold investment in Ohio’s future.

A skilled workforce remains one of the most important factors in attracting and retaining business investment. As Ohio continues to compete for economic development projects, workforce investments aligned with the talent employers need are critical.

Today, we announced the JobsOhio Experiential Learning Initiative—a $300 million investment to strengthen Ohio’s talent pipeline over the next decade, helping employers of all sizes fill critical technician, engineering, and technology occupations by expanding experiential learning opportunities for Ohioans.

The first phase will include a technician earn-and-learn program that connects Ohioans with high-wage technician roles. This focus reflects a clear reality: from semiconductor fabrication and aircraft production to pharmaceutical manufacturing, technicians are the skilled professionals who keep the world’s most innovative industries running.
