We recently had the opportunity to refurbish this monument sign for Savannah's Subdivision front and back entrance, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

From restoring the structure to refreshing the colors and bringing the design back to life, this project was all about giving a great sign a second life and making it stand out again.

A big thank you to Phil Rapp he was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We truly appreciate the trust and the opportunity.

🎨 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer / Production Designer
📍 Covington, LA | Full-Time | On-Site

Gallardo Signs is looking for a Graphic Designer / Production Designer to join our crew.

This is a solid, hands-on design role for someone who loves seeing their work go from screen → print → installed in the real world. You’ll be designing signage and graphics, prepping files for production, and working closely with our shop team to make sure things come out right the first time.

Pay: $17–$20/hour (based on experience)

You’ll be doing things like:
• Designing signage, graphics, and branding for real clients
• Prepping clean, accurate files for large-format print and vinyl
• Collaborating with production to bring designs to life
• Juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving shop environment

You’re probably a good fit if you:
• Know your way around Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus)
• Have a good eye for layout, type, and detail
• Like practical design, not just concept work
• Are reliable, organized, and cool working on-site

This is not a freelance or remote role — it’s a steady, full-time position with room to grow your skills in production and signage.

We’re honored to support “Feeding the Needy” this year, a local program that has been serving Northshore families every Christmas since 2002.

What started as an effort to help about sixty families has grown into a community-wide mission feeding thousands each year. Volunteers, churches, schools, and local organizations come together to pack full holiday meal boxes, complete with a turkey and all the sides, to make sure families have a meaningful Christmas meal and food to carry them through the school break.

We’re grateful for the chance to contribute $3,207.20 toward this year’s packages, and even more grateful for the people behind this incredible program.

💚 Helmet Glow-Up for Little Britton! 💚

Yesterday we had the pleasure of wrapping this awesome green gingham helmet for our newest client, Mr. Britton and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! His mom provided the vinyl, and we donated the time because, honestly, how could we resist helping make this little guy’s headgear look this cool?

Britton came by with his mom and his proud big brother, and we all had a great time laughing and chatting while getting everything just right.

We love being part of moments like this, where a little creativity brings smiles (and style!) to an important piece of gear.

"I asked for a Phillips but got a flathead instead!" — With his parents' sense of humor, this kid is going to have a fun life.
