Maybe attention spans aren’t dead 👀

TMA’s Chief Creative Officer Harris Wilkinson recently sat down with Dylan Conroy for an episode of The Ad Podcast to talk about the evolving landscape in our business, and how the future of advertising looks a lot more like entertainment.

➕ Long-form branded films with high completion rates.
➕ Vertical dramas built around cliffhangers and retention.
➕ Nostalgia and celebrity-driven storytelling.
➕ Gaming, experiential, and culture becoming more connected than ever.

In the middle of all the AI, algorithms, and optimization talk, good storytelling still wins. The thing that matters most is making people feel something.

Today is bittersweet as we pass the mic to Abby Roth, our Account Services Intern for the past year to reflect on her experience at TMA. 🎤

Hi everyone! My name is Abby, and today I’m wrapping up my last day as an intern at TMA . Over the past year I had the chance to collaborate with countless internal teams, jump into a variety of campaigns, and learn from some of the brightest people in the business. I’ve left meetings with new ideas, my project list with more checkmarks, and my Slack with a few too many GIFs, and I wouldn’t trade it.

To the new interns joining TMA this summer: you’re about to get so many opportunities to grow. Come in bold, bring your voice, and don’t be afraid to pitch the ideas that keep you up at night. Ask for feedback early and often, find friends across teams, and bring snacks (seriously). This place will challenge you, support you, and make you better, lean in and enjoy the journey.

Thanks to everyone who guided me, collaborated with me, and laughed along the way. I’m leaving with real skills, real friends, and a serious appreciation for teamwork. Can’t wait to see what the next cohort builds. Go crush it, interns.

TMA asked kids what their Moms do for work...and some LinkedIn titles might need an update.

Happy Mother’s Day to the women doing it all — even if their job description is still up for debate. 💐

You could win every day! 👀 With the World Cup around the corner, Quaker and María Gamesa wanted to create a sweepstakes that would keep fans engaged throughout the tournament.

TMA helped conceive the promotion, designed the mechanics, created the key visual identity, and built the experience—all in English and Spanish. Fans have a shot at tickets, branded items, and even a Silver Finale package with two tickets to the Final on July 19, 2026. See the full campaign here: https://www.quakerfwc26.com/

For five years in a row TMA has partnered with Morgan Stanley at The Players Championship. ⛳️

This year we brought girls from First Tee programs out for a day with inspiring talks and connections. And if you were at the tournament you got to read the greens for a chance at prizes in The Precision Putting Lab.

Proud to have helped bring home this Webby win! Congrats to Doritos for The Webby Awards win for, "Think You Can Do Better?"

This campaign brought back Doritos' iconic “Crash the Superbowl” and challenged fans with “think you can make it better?" to create a better commercial. The work is a Webby People's Voice Winner in Advertising, Media & PR Best Community Engagement, with TMA supporting promotions, digital and the microsite experience for this campaign.

SXSW is still on our minds. While the festival is very much in our rearview, the insights we took away continue to become even more relevant a month out.

Our Senior Digital Producer Kaylen Kress was on the ground in Austin and is helping us reflect on the experience within the landscape today.

Here’s what stood out: “The future of marketing isn’t about chasing trends, it’s about shaping culture with your audience. Fandom is becoming the new distribution model. The most effective brands aren’t pushing messages, they’re inviting people to participate. It’s easy to optimize for KPIs and conversions, but the real opportunity is combining that data with what fans actually care about.

The question we should be asking isn’t “what’s trending?” It’s “what do our fans want to build with us?” 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

AI is everywhere. But so are human needs. 🤖

Technology is moving at lightning speed, yet Gen Z still craves what no algorithm can replicate: purpose, belonging, and authenticity.
Here’s what we know: Successful brands in the coming years won’t compete on innovation alone. They’ll win by laddering back to human needs first.

In case you missed it our Sr. Strategist Chelsea Dynes shared her insights on Gen Z’s relationship with AI in an op-ed with AdAge. She breaks down exactly how your brand can stay ahead of the curve and what it actually means to build real connections with this generation.

Read more at the link in our bio & congrats to Chelsea 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
