Thanks for all the patience, support and well wishes. We are back up and running! New embroidery machines are arriving tomorrow. We will be back to normal production times by Friday (8/1/25).

Update:

As many of you may know, our Adembroidery shop was struck by lightning on Sunday night, resulting in significant damage to the facility.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the firefighters who responded quickly and were able to contain the fire. Their swift action made a tremendous difference.

We are currently awaiting a visit from our insurance adjuster, who will help determine the best path forward. In the meantime, we are working on arrangements to resume screen printing and embroidery production sometime next week.

The lightning strike damaged our phone system; however, our main line — 860-653-0664 — is currently operational. Our email is also up and running.

Finally, we want to sincerely thank everyone who has reached out with offers of help and support. Your kindness means the world to us. We appreciate your patience as we work through this challenging time and focus on getting back to full operation as soon as possible.
