I have not stopped playing with this thing since I built it. It puts Trimlight on any house from a single photo, so naturally I stopped using it on real houses.

Four famous movie houses, How many can you name?

Nobody has gotten all four yet.

Get them and I'll post the next set, the next ones are way more difficult!

I'm having way too much fun with this.

I built a tool that puts permanent lighting on any house from a single photo, and instead of doing my job I've been running famous houses through it.

Can you guess this one? No peeking at the comments.

20 guesses and I'll post the next one. I've got some good ones lined up.

Quick test: paste one of your own links into a Facebook post and look at the preview. Did you get a sharp image and a headline worth clicking? Or a sad gray box with the wrong title?

That gray box is a broken OG image. It's the difference between a link people click and a link people scroll right past.

We got tired of guessing, so we built a free tool. Drop in any URL and it shows you the exact preview your link gets on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, in a text, and inside an email. You fix it before you hit share, not after.

Free, no signup, about ten seconds. And yes, we ran this very post through it first.

Check your homepage or your latest blog post here:

Run a free OG image check on any URL and see how your link looks when it's shared on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and email. Paste a link and check it in seconds.

AI is not taking expert jobs any time soon.

Every day I'm answer somebody's question regarding Ai taking everyone's job.

As long as AI involves "people", if you're an expert in your field, you're safe.

The irony is the better you are at something, the more beneficial AI actually is to you. And on the flip side, the more you see how often it is obviously very wrong, potentially catastrophically wrong.

I just asked it to give me a review of a local service client's site and GBP.

After it gave me a completely inaccurate response below.

My recommendation for business owners...

Always the same, ABSOLUTELY dig into Ai, play with it, see what you can do, especially in the areas you're already good at, but...

Don't make any major permanent changes without showing what you've got to someone who knows how to do the thing you're trying to do the old fashioned way.

7 ....

Per day ...

That's about the number of times per day that I get a...

Me: If XYZ is already done, then If I take your suggestion won't that cause a major issue?

"Yes — good catch."

And then there was this gem from yesterday

And..... I'm still not worried about losing my job or clients anytime soon.

CW Dynamic just launched a new free tool for clients in the Chrome Web Store:

Snap A Request.

If you ever notice something on your website that needs to be updated, like a typo, broken image, color change, button fix, or any small edit, you can now send it in seconds.

Just click the Chrome extension, mark up the screenshot with an arrow, type a quick note, and hit send. Your request goes straight to our inbox, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a reference number.

It installs in about a minute, is completely free, and only works when you choose to use it. It does not track your browsing, read your activity, or share your data with anyone outside of CW Dynamic.

You can view details, screenshots, and install it here: https://cwdynamic.com/snap-a-request/

If you’re a current or past client, this was built to make website update requests faster and easier than ever.

And if you know a local business owner who would love a simpler way to send website edits, tag them in the comments.

A free Chrome extension for CW Dynamic Marketing clients. Click the button, snap the page, point at what needs changed, send it in 30 seconds.
