We asked one marketing question each month last quarter.

The biggest challenge was getting new customers.

The biggest obstacle was finding enough qualified leads.

And when we asked where the best new customers come from, referrals came out on top.
That part probably isn’t surprising.

Good business still moves through people.

But a referral depends on someone thinking of you when the moment comes. And that gets a little easier when your brand is already in front of them.

A lobby sign. A mailer on the desk. Something useful with your name on it.
Those things don’t create the relationship.

They just help make sure it gets remembered.

Another company store order headed out the door.

The products, colors and artwork were approved when the store was built. Now when someone needs a polo, a tumbler or a stack of totes, they order it. We pull it, box it and send it out.

No emails back and forth. No one has to manage each request. It just moves.
