The first 90° workday of the year means it’s officially "Donovan Dilly Bar Day!" 🔥🍦

More than 25 years ago, Creative Director Donovan Kolness started the tradition of bringing Dilly Bars from The Historic Moorhead Dairy Queen to the office on the first 90° day of summer.

As a media planner on Flint’s Channel Team, Camille has been a part of the Flint crew for more than three years now, working remotely from her homebase in Petaluma, California.

Volunteer Month may be wrapping up, but the impact Flintsters made will last far beyond it.

Throughout the month, our teams supported United Way of Cass-Clay by helping guide decisions for programs focused on housing, food insecurity and family stability. In Duluth, Flintsters partnered with Head of the Lakes United Way to pack 125+ hygiene kits, supporting local services for those who need it most.

We also teamed up with the M.U.F.F.I.N. Fund (Mothers United For Families In Need) in Kansas City, and First Lutheran Church in Fargo to prepare and deliver hundreds of lunches to shelters. Real impact happens when people show up, and Flintsters did just that.
