Turns out, not posting doesn’t mean nothing is happening behind the scenes.

The last two months have been filled with autumn adventures, creative hobbies, business updates, new opportunities, uncomfortable growth, and plenty of things that will never make the highlight reel…looking at you, taxes and IT issues.

I’ve been creating, learning, rebuilding, connecting, and making a little more space to enjoy the life this business has given me.

So, that’s where I’ve been. 🤎 Thankful for a nice little break, but also excited to be back.

Don’t start when you’re ready. Start when you’re excited.

Ready is overrated anyway. You can plan, perfect, overthink and wait for the “right” moment forever.

But excitement? That’s usually trying to tell you something.

The best ideas I’ve had didn’t come from forcing it. They came from genuine joy. From following the random spark. From doing something simply because it sounded fun, felt good, or filled my own cup.

Not everything needs a five-year plan or a perfectly calculated next step.

Sometimes the whole strategy is: wait… I love this. I want to see where it goes.

Follow that feeling.

There is something so satisfying about making a website work better for everyone 👏🏼

This project was all about improving accessibility, strengthening SEO, and creating a smoother experience from the moment someone lands on the page.

Good design isn’t just about looking nice. It’s about being easy to use, easy to find, and welcoming to every visitor.

Starving. Haven’t had breakfast yet today. Reminiscing on my life when I used to be able to eat gluten 😭 so here’s a photo dump of some of my fave biscuit pics over the past year 🫶🏽

Let this also be your reminder that it’s not just about sharing your food, but doing it in a way that says “I have to get in my car right now and go get that.” Make sure to have good lighting, good angles and don’t take a bite until after you get the shot lol

1 take? 😂 More like 100.

One thing that always gets me is people only see the finished video and assume it just… happened. Or they’ll apologize because they didn’t nail it on the first try when we’re filming together.

Trust me, I never expect anyone to get it perfect. I definitely don’t.

Behind every “effortless” clip is a camera roll full of missed lines, awkward pauses, hair flying out of frame and apparently me making new friends at the park 🐛

Honestly, my blooper reel is probably longer than the actual content, and it’s one of my favorite parts.

The messy takes deserve some love too 🫶🏽

Thank you again to everyone who came out to Night 3 of In The Know With Cav Co 🫶🏽 50% of the night was about learning all things Shopify and e-commerce and 50% was just the girls being girls ya know? Sometimes a little charcuterie and networking is all we really need! 🙌🏽
