Design 360 is a student-run personalized promotions lab located at Lanier Charter Career Academy at the Oaks, part of Hall County Schools. Design 360 is part of the innovative charter program for high school students looking to connect academic learning with real world work experience. Students manage the entire business from customer inquiries and estimates to design, production, and invoic-ing.

Students are employees of Design 360 and hold various jobs within the four departments: creative, production, customer service, and marketing.
