📢 IMPORTANT EMBROIDERY POLICY UPDATE
Unfortunately, due to several recent situations, I have had to make a change to my embroidery ordering policy.
Effective immediately, ALL embroidery orders will require a 50% deposit before ANY work begins. No exceptions.
When you place an embroidery order with a custom logo, that logo often has to be professionally digitized for embroidery — which is a service that I have to pay for. I have recently had multiple customers place custom orders, have me begin the process and pay to have their logos digitized, and then either back out of the order or completely stop responding to my messages.
As a small business owner, I simply cannot continue absorbing those expenses for orders that are never completed.
I completely understand that things happen and plans sometimes change. However, please be mindful that when you place a custom order, there is time, money, materials, and work being invested into your order before you ever receive the finished product.

• A 50% deposit is required on all embroidery orders.
• No production or digitizing will begin until the deposit is received.
• Your remaining balance will be due upon completion/pickup.
I hate having to implement stricter policies because of a few unfortunate situations, but I have to protect my business, my time, and the expenses that go into providing custom work.
