When he’s not busy running a marketing and PR agency, you can probably find Josh riding his motorcycle, spending time with his three kids, or catching up on all things Star Wars and Marvel.

🔄 From client meetings to creative ideas, Josh always has plenty of things in rotation. And while we can’t promise every day at Focus is as exciting as a Marvel movie, there’s definitely never a dull moment with him leading the team.

Preparing students for meaningful careers and creating opportunities for lifelong success. 💙

Our client, Abilities First, Inc., and ARC Greater Hudson Valley recently welcomed New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Commissioner Willow Baer to Dutchess Community College to showcase Think Ahead, an employment-readiness program helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities prepare for competitive employment.

Through college immersion, career exploration, internships and hands-on workplace experience, Think Ahead gives students the skills, confidence and experience they need to succeed. Approximately 80% of students who complete the program secure jobs and maintain long-term employment.

The visit highlighted the importance of expanding programs like Think Ahead across New York, creating more pathways to education, independence and meaningful careers for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The expansion addresses the growing need for specialized educational services closer to home, helping more children and families in Orange County access the resources, care and opportunities they deserve.
