Thank you to everyone who came out to support my art opening last night at Saint Thomas! I felt so loved and supported. I forgot to get pics during the event but I was honored to see so many people there and enjoyed getting to talk art all night (my favorite subject!)!

As an artist, I sometimes feel I MUST create art to release the images and ideas whirling around in my head, but I decided long ago that, at least for me, ART is for SHARING. I aim to transform my energy into beauty that will uplift and bring joy to others, and it’s an honor to me every time I get to send my art into the homes and businesses of others to brighten their days.

So a huge THANK YOU to everyone who connected with my art enough to claim a painting or print to take home. It’s an honor to have you hang my art on your walls! ❤️👩‍🎨🎨😍 ✨

Only two days until the opening of “Between Earth & Sky” at St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church Nassau Bay, TX, and I’ve been adding finishing touches for the show. I’ll have 30 original paintings available, inspired by local wildlife, flowers, trees, landscapes, and the beauty woven through our everyday surroundings.

Here are a few more pieces that will be part of the collection:

🌸 “Wild Purslane” - 8”x10” A small but joyful study of one of my favorite resilient native blooms, layered with bright pinks, greens, and glowing color.

🍁 “Autumn Light” - 10”x8” Inspired by the shifting colors of a Japanese maple glowing in late afternoon light, with layered brushwork capturing movement and warmth.

🌺 “Hibiscus Reverie” - 20”x20” A larger statement piece filled with bold color, flowing petals, and luminous energy-celebrating the beauty and softness found in nature up close.
