Today was a GOOD day. ❤️

Recovery hasn’t been easy, and I’ve had plenty of reasons to be angry. But one thing I’m proud of: I didn’t let anger win.

I’m learning to appreciate the good days, honor the hard ones, and keep moving forward.

A lot of that journey lives in my book, Unburdened.

Not the brightest update today.

I’m not feeling my best mentally, physically, or emotionally, and I don’t really have a clever way to package that.

I just wanted to keep y’all updated and say thank you for continuing to check on me, encourage me, and give me space to move through this.

In the words of my esteemed diva Celine Dion: I’m alive. 😂

Third PT appointment today, a few errands, and slowly getting more of myself back.

Also learning the hard way that rest is not optional. Lack of sleep will change your mood, your patience, your whole day.

Oddly enough, I’ve been reading my own book and taking some of my own advice. 😂
